Can I forward calls to my mobile phone?

Yes. We offer several ways to rout your calls: 

• Call forwarding
• Simultaneous calling that rings multiple locations at the same time
• Sequential calling that rings multiple locations in a pre-determined sequence

HD-Telcom also provides advanced mobility controls to allow you to transfer calls, invoke call recording, or send a call to voicemail. Most functions that you can perform via a deskphone can also be done on your mobile phone using HD-Telcom mobile controls.

Can I have my greetings professionally recorded?

Of course! In fact, we provide professional recording for "common" call trees at no additional cost with your service activation. Custom call trees with options, menus and departments have a nominal additional cost. You can also record your own greetings or hire your own voice talent to record them for you.

Can I really take advantage of the features if I’m on road all the time?

Yes! For true road warriors, we recommend the use of a Softphone—a software application that you can download and use right from your laptop. With a Softphone and a headset, you can make calls from anywhere in the world and take full advantage of HD-Telcom features. If you use a PDA or cell phone as your primary device, many of HD-Telcom call control and messaging features are right at your fingertips.

Do I really need all of HD-Telcom features?

Not usually. HD-Telcom lets you customize your service to fit your business. We can recommend the best plans and features for your needs. And it's quick and easy to upgrade when you need to.

Do you offer conferencing options?

Yes. We offer two conferencing features that you can access either through our application or remotely from your phone. Our conferencing supports up to 96 people

Do you support 911 services?

Yes. We support 911 through the Enhanced e911 service. We register your phone number so any call made from that number is routed to the appropriate 911 center.  HD-Telcom supports multiple locations, so you can assign users to different locations and calls will be routed properly.

Does HD-Telcom support extension dialing?

Yes. You can use up to 4-digit extensions. All extension-to-extension calls are free with HD-Telcom, even if the users are at different locations.

How do I check my voicemail messages?

You have several options:

Check your messages directly from your phone.

Dial into your voicemail service.

Have a copy of your voicemail messages routed to your e-mail. A .wav or mp3 file will be attached to the e-mail.
