How does 911 work with HD-Telcom?

E-911 service is not automatically set up and must be activated in order to work.  Since digital phone service is IP based, we will need to program your address into your user settings so 911 can tell the location you are calling from.  This is particularly important if your billing address differs from the physical address where your phones are located.  It is very easy to program, as long as you let us know at which address the phones will be used.

 

Does HD-Telcom Business VoIP replace my phone system?

It depends entirely upon your needs.  HD-Telcom can completely replace your current phone system and provide, or we can work with your existing system and provider. You can use a basic phone—either analog or wireless—to receive calls. However, if you would like to take advantage of HD-Telcom's latest features or HD Voice, you will need to upgrade your phone system.  IP-PBX systems are much smaller, less expensive and far mroe functional that legacy (or even new) analog PBX systems.

 

Are you a completely mobile business? If so, we can provide an auto attendant that will give you connectivity and messaging for your employees—as well as that big business presence.  Monitor all calls and see which employees are most productive!

 

How do I know if HD-Telcom is a good fit for my business?
